The frequent down times of SSS Online Inquiry system or website is becoming a pain in the ass for filipinos because they cannot get the information they needed for personal purpose or employement. Its even worst that SSS branches still telling walk-in visitors to make their SSS Online Inquiry on their website instead of just helping them out since they already visited the SSS branch. I hope someone from the higher position in the Philippine government would assist on this matter. If you dont believe just search google and you’ll see a lot of complains both on blog posts and comments.

I guess I was the one who posted a complaint about SSS. Everytime I attempt to transact again with this government office, I get nightmares.
Just a few hours ago, a colleague of mine mentioned about how she processed her condonation and it was a success.
Another colleague heard about this and mentioned she was having difficulty processing her renewal for her ID. Since I can relate to her dilemma, I asked one colleague how she managed to process her ID withouts so much hassle. She suggested that the employer ‘must’ send a letter to the SSS Branch and request a priority transaction for a group processing.
Priority means that you don’t have to go there 1 hour before they open on weekdays and you don’t have to take a Priority Number and fall in line for almost half a day.
Priority transactions are scheduled from 1pm to 5pm every week days.
And to answe Manilyn’s question about online queries, SSS have a new user friendly website wherein you need to register again. Registration is easy, plus you can choose your own user login.

You need to confirm your registration thru email.
Your own account will show all your contributions, the companies that you had worked for and a lot more.
