As of this writing and since early this morning my PLDT Mydsl at home speed is almost normal. All websites I visited were loading just fine. Now, the bad news my Business MyDSL connection is still very slow. The weird part is that the said Business location is within few blocks from our house. I rather have the Business DSL up than the Residential connection but ofcourse I still cannot do anything. I can still hear that PLDT support voice recorded when I dialed their support numbers.

Absolutely No internet here..NOTHING!!! for 5 days straight! where on earth do you see on pldt home page anything about the cable problem? NOWHERE…when will they have the problems fixed…you cant get through..the customer care haven’t a clue ..PLDT is HOPELESS

Maybe you should visit a PLDT business center near your area so that you’ll know your issue. All of our connection here in San Pedro Laguna went back to normal last August 14 around 2pm including our Business Mydsl.
