I was very busy attending to some operation matters to Mobilehive Internet Cafe for the past days. Actually, I was looking for someone who can assist me and who will be willing to man the shop from 5:00pm - 12:00 midnight. Last Saturday I interviewed a 21 year old guy. My first impression was nice though he has zero knowledge on computer and internet. I decided to hire and train him. Since Saturday he is helping me already and at the same time I’m introducing him to the world of Information Technology. The challenge would be I should be able to make him confident in assisting me here at the Mobilehive Cafe. I also found out he can draw so I would be introducing him to photoshop later.
