PLDT DSL is very slow since this morning here in San Pedro Laguna. My wife also called me from makati that they also experienced major slow down on their internet access. She said a PLDT personnel mentioned that multiple fiber connections of PLDT was having an issue at the moment. No additional details was given.
At first, I thought it was just my Internet Cafe connection but when I came home and experienced the same, I then decided to call 172 for PLDT techsupport but I dont even hear a ringing tone on the other end. So, I have no choice but to wait that the Internet speed will be back to normal tonight. Well, hopefully.

Halos lahat mabagal dahil siguro lumindol sa Japan (6.4 ang lakas). Globe ang gamit namin, mabagal tlga since this morning.

super bagal ngaun, gapang pagong ang PLDT Broadband!!! Kapag Globe naman, mas madalas pa ang walang connection lalo’t kapag umuulan… joske!!!
i called pldt and they said that taiwan, korea and vietnam are also experiencing the same problem… and they told me that it probably fix by august 18, 2009…

I’m using myDestiny Cable Internet and it’s slow since that PLDT issues yesterday. Damn you PLDT! Even tried to check my speed at http://www.speedtest.net and the Makati server which is by PLDT won’t give me results.

Same here in the Ortigas. Mga site na nakabase sa Asian countries ang affected ng slow connection na ito pero ung mga site sa ibang continent ok naman. Dahil kasi sa earthquake, kaya walang dapat sisihin kundi tayo bcoz masyado tayong iresponsable sa earth natin.. Kaya “Ako Mismo” aalagaan at magiging responsable ako sa earth natin.. swooooshhhhh ^lol^

In December 2006 it took the rest of Asia less than 48 hours to get back to normal after such a break, it took PLDT over one month to get back to normal and lost the Philippines millions as companies moved out. Lets hope they don’t do the same, I stuck with it last time, but if it lasts more than 3 days this time I will move my business out of the Philippines forever. Sorry to all my faithful workers that I will have to lay off but PLDT and their bad service gives me no choice.
Good thing online games like Rohan, Perfect world and cabal are all online and no LAG.
