A lot of Filipinos tries their luck and probably hopes in playing PCSO Lotto. I know someone who put his bet almost everyday with the same number combinations. I’m not sure though if he already at least hit a winning numbers since the day he started.

My personal experience on this PCSO Lotto betting was a little bit funny. You see I don’t know how to bet. I even spy on someone placing his bet before I’ll pick my numbers.
