You might have been asking the same question but as of this posting I believe iPhone 4 is not yet available in the Philippines. From some tech blog in the Philippines it was reported that iPhone 4 will be available in the Philippines initially through Globe Telecoms plus some subscription contract. It might also be available on other phone companies. Apple fan boys are hoping they will be seeing this iPhone 4 this July or September 2010.
