Good Employees but…

I have 2 employees who is helping me with the day to day operations of my Internet Café and Web Hosting business here in Binan Laguna. Senior Server Admin and technical support not included since they are part of the server package. The first guy started 3 years ago while the other one joined late last year. They been have a good employees but sometimes at the back of my mind I asked questions whether they are dedicated to their work or not. This is because I noticed they usually sacrifice their work in exchange to have drinking session with their friends. You know things like they have the whole night enjoying and drinking till they drop and the next thing I know I have a text messages informing me they won’t be able to show up the next day. I’m not against with this because that’s how they live their lives though I just hope I can always understand them or face the consequence that they might lose their job.Â
