Have you heard about boybastos.com ? I never heard that site not until when I read it from GMAnews.tv website two days ago. 

The controversy started when Sen. Loren Legarda asked the authorities to  shut it down because the domain give free access to or link to porn videos and scandals.

As of today when you go to boybastos.com all you see is a white blank page. Based on this news from GMANEWS.TV NBI raided the house of the operator earlier today.

After doing some whois on the domain and check google.com. I came to know that the operator of the site has other domain names and blog that is not the same in nature like boybastos.com

I’m hooked on this TV show Kyle XY which is shown every Wednesday evening on Studio 23.  The moment I saw some part of the first episode two to three weeks ago I just like it. I think the series can be considered as a sci-fi drama. Basically the story is evolving on this teen that has no identity and no memory of his past.

After watching another episode earlier this evening I got curious and search the internet. I came to know this series was shown abroad sometime last year. More or less it is a year old TV series.

For that I need to open that torrent software and download complete episodes to be able to catch up.

I read from Inquirer broadsheet today that a new book was launched last Wednesday unveils taipan John Gokongwei’s struggles and triumphs.

A quoted speech from Mr. Gokongwei Jr  “Being an entrepreneur then and now aren’t that different. We’re still fighting it out with the bigger multi-national corporations.”

According to him that entrepreneurship was not an easy path to take. “But we have to start somewhere. However small, however difficult”

This is really true. Every step an entrepreneur will take is considered a risk. Every entrepreneur wishes to improve their quality of living but not all will be successful. After reading the article, one point that I mistakenly did not considered before I started my second business was not having enough capital but still went into operating the business.

I have 2 employees who is helping me with the day to day operations of my Internet Café and Web Hosting business here in Binan Laguna. Senior Server Admin and technical support not included since they are part of the server package. The first guy started 3 years ago while the other one joined late last year. They been have a good employees but sometimes at the back of my mind I asked questions whether they are dedicated to their work or not.  This is because I noticed they usually sacrifice their work in exchange to have drinking session with their friends.  You know things like they have the whole night enjoying and drinking till they drop and the next thing I know I have a text messages informing me they won’t be able to show up the next day. I’m not against with this because that’s how they live their lives though I just hope I can always understand them or face the consequence that they might lose their job.
