Some new features of this ipod touch 4G is the two video cameras that comes with it where one is facing the user and one facing out. The front-facing camera is meant for use with Apple’s Facetime video chat apps, has Retina display feature, HD recording and editing and this Game Center in which you can invite your gamers friends to your gaming network where you can compare ranks or achievement for games you play.

You might have been asking the same question but as of this posting I believe iPhone 4 is not yet available in the Philippines. From some tech blog in the Philippines it was reported that iPhone 4 will be available in the Philippines initially through Globe Telecoms plus some subscription contract.
