My fascination with non-english/non-filipino music started when I first played one casual online game released in the Philippines early this year. Since then I usually spend few hours a week exploring the web and hoping to know or discover artist in the music industry in other part of Asia.

My surfing paid off as I stumbled to this artist named Amuro Namie, A great talent from the Land of the Rising Run Japan. Amuro Namie continues to make wave not just in her country but in other parts of the world including the Philippines. Amuro is a celebrated icon in the Japanese entertainment business whose name has always gone along the tags Japanese singer and entertainer. At the height of her popularity, she was referred to as the “Queen of Japanese Pop Music”. In the country at present, she is becoming more and more known as the Japanese singing sensation. Namie Amuro has been the most notable Japanese singer to emerge from the Japanese music culture”.

Can we expect Amuro Namie conquering Manila ? of course there is no doubt as her hit single “Wild” was released in the country recently and listening to it would make you want to stand up and dance. The song Wild can be considered a dance, R&B, club kind of song and its really good, catchy and the beat is just wonderful.

As we all know Willie Revillame was absent afte the day when he threatened to resign from his noontime show, “Wowowee, if ABS-CBN management won’t remove Jobert Sucaldito from the network. Then yesterday Robin Padilla joined the show though he was introduced as a Special Host. Maybe he will just do the job while Willie Revillame is on leave.
