I read from Inquirer broadsheet today that a new book was launched last Wednesday unveils taipan John Gokongwei’s struggles and triumphs.

A quoted speech from Mr. Gokongwei Jr  “Being an entrepreneur then and now aren’t that different. We’re still fighting it out with the bigger multi-national corporations.”

According to him that entrepreneurship was not an easy path to take. “But we have to start somewhere. However small, however difficult”

This is really true. Every step an entrepreneur will take is considered a risk. Every entrepreneur wishes to improve their quality of living but not all will be successful. After reading the article, one point that I mistakenly did not considered before I started my second business was not having enough capital but still went into operating the business.
