I read from Inquirer broadsheet today that a new book was launched last Wednesday unveils taipan John Gokongwei’s struggles and triumphs.
A quoted speech from Mr. Gokongwei Jr “Being an entrepreneur then and now aren’t that different. We’re still fighting it out with the bigger multi-national corporations.â€
According to him that entrepreneurship was not an easy path to take. “But we have to start somewhere. However small, however difficultâ€
This is really true. Every step an entrepreneur will take is considered a risk. Every entrepreneur wishes to improve their quality of living but not all will be successful. After reading the article, one point that I mistakenly did not considered before I started my second business was not having enough capital but still went into operating the business.
