In relation with the post below I’m also going to try this Agloco toolbar. I have this account for a month or two now after reading it from a certain blog but I didn’t really put some attention to it.

When I was at the Icafe Congress 2007 in Megamall last saturday I visited a certain booth in which they are offering a toolbar program for personal PC with adverstisement on it and targetting Icafes as partners in showing these ads.

Basically, you install the toolbar on the PC and while you or your customers is surfing that toolbar will use a small portion of your screen. The Icafe owner will have a small shares of profit based on the number of hours the toolbar is open. Actually its an additional income but I’m not sure if the customers will like it.

These kind of get paid to run a toolbar has been around for years in other countries but the good thing about this is that this is a Philippine based company. I’ll try to register my icafe with them this week and let see the outcome.

We went to megamall yesterday and visited this Internet Cafe Congress 2007. I tought we can immediately just checkout those booth and do some malling but ALAS it took me 3 hours just to fall in line and get those gaming posters. I did check out also the booth of a certain company who does continues INK because I’ve been canvassing a good Continues INK kit since last month but since school will be over soon I’ll probably wait till June this year.

Here is the scenario. Since My friend Nico came back to the Philippines almost a year ago I delayed the billing of some of my clients abroad. They really prefer using Paypal as their option in paying their web hosting bills. When my sister had her vacation here in the Philippines early this year she mentioned to me she’s been using paypal in paying whenever she buys something on EBay. Now shes’s back in UK and I’m going to use her paypal infact I already instructed my clients to pay their dues to my sister’s paypal email address.

Right now I’m asking her to make her paypal account verified because unverified paypal can only receive upto $500 a month and can only use in paying upto $1000+ in a month. Some online shops does not accept unverified account so basically making a paypal account is a must for every users.
