As some of you know I launched my Mobilehive Internet Café Business last April 1, 2005. Before I came in to this area there are already like more than 10 Internet café around. At first I’m like reluctant to put my business name outside the shop. I feel like I’m the “kontrabida” in this area. Well, that was my feeling a month ago. Later on when I got to know some of the Internet Café owners I felt that I’m still welcome even though I could possibly get some of their potential customers.

Now the challenge I’m facing is how to let other people aware that a new shop and probably a better one does exist in the neighborhood. I started a promo for the first 50 persons to surf for 2 hours last April gets 2 hours free every week until May 31. At first it seems that the promo is too much or I’m just giving them to much free hours. Well, after one month I saw on the result of the promo that 90% of those people who joined referred several of their friends and keep on coming back even without the weekly free hours.

Way back in 1999 I almost started a mobile content website. You know like those icons and textcards for free. What happened was I didn’t expect that I will be hired by a company that does the same with what I want. As a respect to the company I didn’t pursue the said project.

Now Since I’m already self employed I’m going to proceed into my plan of putting up a mobile content website. This time its not free rather it should be one of the services of mobilehive.com. This is what I really want. At the moment i’m talking with some friends about this project and hopefully we can start before July this year.

Almost every summer since 2004 we usually go to Nasugbu for a summer outing with the kids of course. My kids seems to enjoy the beach and of course the present of their cousins.

More than 2 years ago mobileve.com web hosting has been launched to cater those netizens who need a very affordable web hosting packages. After a year and as part of the business expansion idea of mobilehive.com it was planned to go into Internet Cafe with several reasons in mind.

1. It will serve as a Business/Payment Center for Mobilehive.com Clients.
2. It can boost up Mobilehive.com exposures.
3. Added revenues to make the company more stable.

Last April 1, 2005 another dream comes true for me because Mobilehive Internet Cafe was launched. It’s located at Unit B. Bert’s Building University of Perpetual Help Laguna, National Highway Sto.
